1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Glow Inspired Studio, operating through the Glow Inspired brand (“Glow Inspired,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, purchasing a product, or downloading or using any Glow Inspired material, you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or products.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you purchase or use a product for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
3. Products and third-party requirements
Glow Inspired offers digital templates, downloads, guides, and related resources. Product descriptions identify the materials included and any known platform requirements. Notion templates require a Notion account. Carrd templates may require an eligible paid Carrd plan. Third-party accounts, subscriptions, fees, terms, and platform availability are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Purchases, prices, and payment
Prices and currencies are displayed before checkout and may change without notice for future purchases. Applicable taxes, exchange-rate charges, and payment-provider fees may be added or handled by the checkout provider. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and authorize the applicable provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Purchases may be processed through third-party checkout or marketplace providers identified at the time of purchase. Those providers may apply their own payment terms, processing requirements, and policies. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or product unavailability.
5. Delivery and account security
Products are delivered through the purchase platform, a download, an access link, or an email sent to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address, keeping your accounts and links secure, and downloading or duplicating the product where instructed. 6. Limited licence
Unless a product page or separate written licence expressly says otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use and customize the product for your own personal use. Ownership and all intellectual-property rights remain with Glow Inspired and its licensors.
You may create personal outputs using the product, but purchasing a template does not transfer copyright or ownership of its design, structure, written content, graphics, databases, or source materials.
7. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, gift, upload, or publicly expose a product or duplication link
- Claim a Glow Inspired product or substantially similar copy as your own creation
- Use the product to create a competing template, resource library, or product for sale
- Remove copyright, brand, licence, or ownership notices
- Use the website or products unlawfully, maliciously, or to infringe another person’s rights
- Scrape, disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its services
A separate commercial, client-use, or extended licence applies only when it is expressly included or purchased in writing.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its text, branding, graphics, product images, layouts, templates, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Glow Inspired Studio, except where otherwise indicated and are protected by intellectual-property laws. “Glow Inspired” and associated branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without written permission.
9. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and yours to submit. You grant Glow Inspired Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, moderate, reproduce, and display that content for website and business purposes. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, irrelevant, or violates these terms. Review email addresses are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not displayed publicly.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or integrate third-party websites and services. Glow Inspired does not control their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse everything offered by that provider.
11. Product changes and availability
We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue website features or products. We do not promise that every product will receive future updates unless the product description expressly includes them. Reasonable efforts are made to keep descriptions accurate, but minor visual or functional differences may occur as third-party platforms change.
12. Disclaimer
Our products are practical organizational, productivity, educational, and creative resources. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice. They do not guarantee any particular result, income, employment outcome, productivity level, or other outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glow Inspired Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or our products. We do not guarantee that our products will meet every individual need or produce a particular result. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended use before purchasing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Refunds
Refunds, duplicate charges, and access problems are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights you have under mandatory local consumer law, disputes will be brought before the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
16. Severability and waiver
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, practices, providers, or legal obligations. The effective date above shows the latest version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
